Product Updates: New features for November 2019

Our development team have been busy over the last few weeks and have released a new round of features within the Ambassify platform. Here's just a few examples of some useful new features that will improve your experience with creating and managing your Ambassify community!

Member Login Methods

It's now super easy to view the login methods of your community members: by simply checking their profile! In this way an admin can see which account, in the above example a social media account, a member used (or should use) to gain access into the community. 


Open registration

For certain admins, having a community that you can open up to an even wider audience is quite important. With that in mind, an admin can now select to open up the registration process to people outside their existing network. Usually to access an Ambassify community, you need to receive a direct sign up link, however potential members can now click a "Don't have an account?" option upon sign up to create their account.

To enable this, click on your "Settings" tab and then click "Sign up options". 


Separating members from managers

From now on managers and other users will be separated in the Members overview. This helps you get a quick overview of who manages your account and prevents you from accidentally deleting managers from the account.
